Hantech Medical Italy Invited to a Roundtable Hosted by CCPIT's Representative Office in Italy

We joined members of the Hainan provincial government and industry delegation, along with pharmaceutical company representatives, to exchange perspectives and share our experience in local manufacturing and operations in Europe.

Hu Wu, CEO of Hantech Medical Italy, represented the company and spoke at the event. With the CPHI exhibition providing an opportunity to connect, participants discussed internationalization for Chinese pharmaceutical and medical device companies, including the opportunities and challenges of entering European markets.

Drawing on the experience of Hantech Medical Italy, we shared some often underestimated challenges of going global: regulatory compliance, quality management systems, local employment practices, hidden personnel costs and day-to-day operational management. These practical issues influence a company's ability to establish local roots and achieve long-term growth.

At Hantech Medical, we continue to put into practice an approach that combines manufacturing efficiency, European regulatory requirements and local expertise. Our Italian team's experience and collaboration between our teams in China and Italy provide an important foundation for serving medical device customers worldwide.
