We are delighted to share the 2025 Annual Review of Hantech Medical Italy with you!

2025 marks a pivotal year for us, as we continue to root ourselves in Italy while serving the world. Since completing the full acquisition of CareFusion Italy 312 S.p.A., formerly part of BD, in December 2024, we have not only ensured a seamless transition but also achieved remarkable improvements in capacity, efficiency, quality, and sustainability. As your trusted global partner in medical device manufacturing, we are committed to delivering CDMO services that are more reliable, more efficient, and more sustainable than ever.

Significant Growth in Capacity and Scale

Our team has grown from 125 employees before the acquisition to 141, an increase of 12.8%.
Production has been optimized: with the support of local unions and the community, we expanded from 5 days/24 hours before the acquisition to 6 days/24 hours, effectively boosting our overall capacity.

Quality Management System Certification

Successfully obtained ISO 13485 certification in May 2025.

Improved the pallet system, boosting workforce efficiency for each shift
Standardized and balanced production to minimize shift variability, successfully maintaining a consistent weekly production rhythm.

Injection Molding Department Achievements

Mass production of new molds significantly increased daily output.
Expanded use of recycled materials, effectively reducing substantial annual waste.
Optimized mold transfers, achieving more balanced equipment utilization.

During Hantech Medical Italy’s Open Week, we were delighted to welcome many new and long-standing customers. We were also honored by visits from Counsellor Geng and his delegation from the Economic and Commercial Office of the Consulate-General of the People’s Republic of China in Milan, representatives of the Chinese Chamber of Commerce in Italy, the former Captain of the Italian Men’s National Volleyball Team, leaders of overseas Chinese associations, members of the local community, as well as delegations from our hometown and representatives from the medical device testing center.
